Owen & Fred cares deeply about not only the design of its products, but what they are made of and how the materials are sourced. The company got its start when founder Mike Arnot was on the hunt for a new wallet and found it difficult to find well crafted American-made goods. He began hunting for craftspeople who could create the products he was looking for at reasonable prices, and in 2012 Owen & Fred was born. Their products are focused on what men needs to make each day excellent, and the designs are cheery and colorful and often feature cheeky or inspiring phrases.
Owen & Fred designed a series of custom Scout Books that aim to be “classic looking notebooks that are reminiscent of a suit tie”. The paisley pattern was illustrated by Jessica Viscius. We love these notebooks, and the brand and values behind them.
