Our Custom Mini Calendars are sized at 5.5 x 4.25 in. Tuck one in a bag, prop it up as a little desk calendar, or hang it on the wall from its drilled hole. Custom Calendar Template

Our 2027 calendar template has January through December carefully designed for your own project. Above each month is a blank page for your artwork, plus one page at the front and three at the back for anything else: a welcome note, contact info, a favorite photo. That’s 12 month pages, 12 artwork pages, and 4 extra pages.

Rather do your own thing? Skip the template and design the cover and all 28 pages however you like.

Custom Artwork

Every page is yours to design, printed in Black or Color. Be creative with photos, graphics, drawings, anything you can imagine! With our template, you’ll fill in 12 artwork pages and 4 extra pages, and the month layouts are already done. Without it, the whole calendar is your canvas.

Cover Printing (Inside and Out)

Your cover is the first thing people see, so make it yours! Logos, illustrations, photographs: it’s up to you. Every custom calendar cover is printed on our 100% Recycled Kraft stock, and you can print the inside covers too.

Black

A classic, high-contrast look. Your design prints in black and shades of gray (grayscale).

Color

Design with one color, two, or a whole rainbow.

White

Layer White Ink under your artwork for brighter colors on Kraft, or use it on its own for a bold, simple look.

DESIGN TIPS

Kraft adds a warm, natural tone to your artwork. Use saturated colors for more contrast on important elements, or try White Ink for a stand-out look.

Page Printing

Scout Books’ Custom Calendars come with 28 Pages of 100% Recycled White paper, and you choose what goes on each one. Use our 2027 template for a head start, or skip it and design every page yourself.

Black

Everything on your inside pages prints in black and shades of gray. Our 2027 template is designed in black, so this is a natural fit if your artwork is black and white too.

Color

Print your photos, illustrations, and logos in full color on any page. If you’re using our template, the month grids still print in black, so the dates stay crisp and easy to read.

DESIGN TIPS

If any of your page artwork is in color, choose Color. With Black, everything prints in grayscale.
