VideoHelper is an independent, boutique music library specializing in attention-getting music for short-form productions, like promos, commercials, and movie trailers. They recently created custom Scout Books, taking advantage of several interesting custom options.
They printed useful information on the inside of the cover, chose black staples that would blend in with their cover design, and made custom interior pages that are just like lined notebook pages but with a little something extra: a unique line of text on the bottom of each page.
These little snippets vary pretty widely. Some are useful tips for their customers (“Our Scenarios search category helps you quickly find music for specific ‘events.’”), while others are silly or amusing (“We’ve won 4 Emmy awards (on eBay).” “You are getting very sleepy.”). Regardless of the content, it’s a nice little slice of VideoHelper’s personality and style on every page, while still leaving plenty of room for notes.
